Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping options

USPS Standard — FREE

Typically 3–5 business days, but we have no control over the speed of USPS.

Available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO.

No P.O. Boxes for UPS.

Delivery issues

Wrong address entered? Contact us ASAP. If the order ships to an incorrect address you provided, we can reship once it returns—additional postage may apply.

Lost or stolen package? If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. Then email us within 5 business days of the scan so we can help start a trace.

Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right.
