Where we ship

  • United States only (for now).

Processing time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping options

  • USPS Standard — FREE

    • Typically 3–5 business days, but we have no control over the speed of USPS.

    • Available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO.

  • UPS (Discounted Rates) — Customer Pays

    • Ground and expedited options shown at checkout.

    • No P.O. Boxes for UPS.

Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Delivery issues

  • Wrong address entered? Contact us ASAP. If the order ships to an incorrect address you provided, we can reship once it returns—additional postage may apply.

  • Lost or stolen package? If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. Then email us within 5 business days of the scan so we can help start a trace.

  • Damaged in transit? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right.

Returns

  • Returns follow our 30-Day Trial policy. You cover return shipping; original shipping fees (if any) aren’t refunded. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.
